Strength Training for the Wise Adult is a small group exercise class designed to help you improve strength, power, stability, and mobility. This class is best suited for individuals with some resistance training experience. Doctor of Physical Therapy, Tori McIntire, will guide you through a structured circuit-based program designed to leave you feeling resilient and powerful so you can stay active for life.

CORE, COORDINATION, AND CONFIDENCE
WITH SCARLETT

In this small group exercise class, you will focus on improving your coordination, agility, and core strength. The class is beneficial for all fitness levels and people who participate in recreational sports.
Dr. Scarlett Helbock will lead you through agility drills that will get your heart pumping and a wide variety of core exercises to build strength. You will feel confident and excited as your coordination and strength improve.

STRONG AND STEADY HIIT WITH PARNIAN

Friday, 9:10 AM

This small-group class is designed for active adults ready for a safe, effective challenge. Using HIIT, you’ll alternate short bursts of effort with recovery to build strength, balance, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Sessions include functional movements like squats, step-ups, and light agility work, with expert guidance and modifications to help you push your limits safely.

FOUNDATIONS OF FITNESS WITH LORI

Wednesday, 3:30 PM

This class is ideal for those newer to exercise or looking to build a strong foundation for movement.
Led by master physical therapist Lori Sams, you’ll improve core control, strength, and balance while learning to move safely and protect your joints. Using a circuit format with Pilates equipment, balls, and foam rollers, each session supports proper technique and steady progress. Participants should be comfortable getting on and off the floor. Let’s build your foundation for lasting strength and health!
